This NAMA project focuses on an effort of Government of DKI Jakarta to implement energy efficiency measures in a new office building, City Hall /DPRD DKI Jakarta, in order to achieve Green Building criteria.
Activities: (2015 - 2019)
The building is utilized for both, City Hall and DPRD DKI Jakarta offices. The building has not yet fully operational. Currently, only 11 out of 23 floors of the building have been used, i.e. 1st to10th floors are occupied for City Hall/DPRD DKI Jakarta office while 11th floor is for auxiliary facilities. The rest of the building floors have not been furnished yet. In addition, the building has 3 basement floors that have been utilized for parking area.
To meet Green Building requirements, all areas of this building are designed to meet energy efficient building standards. The project scope is designing the building envelope, installing and retrofitting to energy efficient equipment in the building.

Co-benefits:
Social: | The government of Jakarta plans to carry this forward as example for other buildings. More buildings are required to carry out plans of this nature, to contribute to the RAN GRK target in 2020, for energy conservation programs in buildings and industries. |

MRV Framework: (2015 - 2019)
MRV system will include organization/human resources and training/capacity building for those that will control, estimate, archive and monitor energy reduction potential and associated emissions.
